This is the blog of the artist Anna Puhakka. The purpose of this blog is to document and interrogate the processes I am using in my work.
I have a multidisciplinary approach to making my art and I explore my relationship to identity, religion, ritual and the balance of power often through my Karelian heritage. My practice incorporates an array of mediums such as installation, photography, sound, performance, video and text.
